The project “Capacity and knowledge development for applied forest management practices for state forest companies and smallholders in Vietnam (PSFM2)” is being implemented in accordance with the decision approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with No.4441 /QĐ-BNN-HTQT on 5 November 2002.
According to its ToR, PSFM 2 is recruiting experts for the following consulting position: National Short-term consultant for ToT Training on Spatial Monitoring and Reporting Tool (SMART).
The objective of the consultancy mission is to build capacity of trainers of the Training Center in SMART through ToT training approach and practical experience in using the SMART approach in one selected community forest site in Quang Tri province for the purposes of improving the effectiveness of forest protection activities, forest law enforcement patrols and biodiversity monitoring.
