The project “Capacity and knowledge development for applied forest management practices for state forest companies and smallholders in Vietnam (PSFM II)” is being implemented in accordance with the decision approved by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development with No.4441 /QĐ-BNN-HTQT on 5 November 2002.
According to the plan of the project, the Consulting Office of the Project needs to recruit experts for the consulting position: National Short-term consultant for ToT Training on “Pest and Disease Management for nursery and plantation forests”.
